No, there is no lock-in period.

Yes, you need to send an email to our admin at least 10days in advance regarding the discontinuation of the service.

We have a drawer unit for each of the Hot Desk that you can use to store your belongings. The office is under CCTV surveillance which ensures security. However, keeping your belongings at our office would be your responsibility.

Yes, we have the printer facility at a chargeable cost. We also give you the freedom of getting your own printer.

We’re open from Monday-Friday, Saturday (upon request) from 9.30am to 6.30pm.

We understand you may have client visits. You may book our meeting room for all your important discussions. You would need to book the Meeting Room in advance. If it’s a quick meet up you may use our reception lobby.

In the case of a Private Cabin, we give you that option, for which we would need a few details of the person who’ll be using your space. For Hot Desk, the membership is not transferable.

There is no deposit needed for the Desk Space facility.

We book the space once we receive payments. So, refunds in case of discontinuation will not be made.

We welcome you to visit & have a look at the facilities we have to offer. However, you’ll need to call or mail us regarding the same, at least 1-2 days in advance.

We accept cash or quick online transfers. The payment details will be shared with you.

Yes. The lock-in period for Virtual Office Address is 6 months.

Yes, you need to mail us informing about the discontinuation of the Virtual Office Address (can be discontinued only after 6 months). You will have to send an email to our admin at least 30 days in advance before the expiry of your 6 months lock-in period.

Yes, sure. Registered Deck Address allows you to register a company at our address and use it for official purposes. Under Basic Deck Address, you may only use our location to show your virtual presence and in Registered Deck Address, you could register your company at our location and have a virtual presence.

Yes, absolutely! In Basic Deck Address and Registered Deck Address, we would handle unlimited mails (letters) and a limited number of couriers with size restrictions.

You cannot use the Hot Desk registration of one location at other locations. However, you may use our meeting rooms at a 20% discount rate as a registered Hot Desk user.
